Solar power plants are very simple to operate, they do not affect the environment. The service life is tens of years, then they can be easily dismantled and taken for processing.
Atomic stations are very difficult to operate. They constantly require a large number of highly qualified personnel, special fuel, and a huge amount of water for cooling.
After the end of the service life, the dismantling of nuclear power plants requires the same costs as for their construction.

In an interview with the media, the general director of Rosatom, Alexei Likhachev, said that in the construction of this nuclear power plant in Uzbekistan there will be no separation of functions between the customer and the performer, which is very strange.
