On September 21, the mass media published the Decree “On Approving the Strategy of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2019-2021”.

The main and most necessary political innovation in Uzbekistan is now the dismantling of the current communist economy formed under the former USSR, when the inhabitants of the country are deprived of the right to own land and other natural resources, and in fact are only beggars of alms from the power structures.

For innovative development in Uzbekistan, millions of small land owners must appear, and they will form a favorable investment climate. Therefore, it is necessary to transfer the land to those who work on it.

It is these millions of private businesses that are able to adopt the new state ideology of Uzbekistan – the protection of private property through strict laws and an independent court, and through free media.

Unfortunately, the current political opposition of Uzbekistan basically continues to think in the communist paradigm, in which the population is completely subordinated to the state.

A little bit about yourself:

50 years ago I became interested in politics when in 1968, at the age of 15, I began to listen to the Voice of America radio about the introduction of Soviet troops into Czechoslovakia. At that time I lived in the village province of Uzbekistan, in the town of Chust, where it was possible to listen to this radio station on short waves, of course, only secretly and at night, because it was strictly forbidden by the communist regime of Moscow.

My two grandfathers – Shaimardan and Bagautdin 100 years ago were forced to leave their homeland on the Volga, fleeing from the persecution of the communists of Moscow.

My father, Askhat Shaymardanov, was sent to prison in the 1950s for public criticism of the local Communist leader – “First Secretary of the District Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union”.

The prosecution was initiated by the prosecutor of the town of Chust, probably by the name of Usmanov.

After school, I studied forestry and psychology.

10 years ago, I had to flee Uzbekistan, because I was threatened with imprisonment for criticizing the communist regime of President Karimov.

I have been living and working in the United States for 9 years now, and I sincerely thank the people of this great America for this help given to me. I hope to earn an American pension, by law I need 10 years of work here.

When preparing my publications in English, I use the program /translate.google.com/
