Second Open Letter:

Dear Leaders!

Dear Gentelmans!

I have reached you with an open letter, a week ago on 22nd of October.  In that letter I wrote about:  transforming the Uzbek opposition into a political power, opposition fund, pre-election platform, roadmap for future and some other thoughts.

I hoped that the letter would be published in your organization’s website or someone would feedback about it.   My letter was published in “Birdamlik”‘s website, excluding “Birlik” and “UHH”.

The article was published in the following websites:

“O’IHJ”           22.10.2012  http://uz.hrsu.org/archives/4454#more-4454

I appreciate the efforts of editors of the websites who published my letter.

To tell the truth I do not know why Abdurahim Pulatov’s “Birlik”  and Muhammad Solih ‘s “UHH” did not publish my open letter in their websites. Moreover, they did not even discuss it among their members. In any case they did not reply.  I was the member of “Birlik” until 2003.  I directed its youth section in Uzbekistan’s Nuclear Physics Institute during the 1989-1992s.

I participated in pickets and meetings with the members of “UHH” and “Erk” during the 2003-2009s. In May, 2009 I was elected as a president of “OIHJ” and started criticizing the leaders of Uzbek opposition Muhammad Solih, Abdurahim Polatov for forsaking the principles of democracy in their organizations. But I have never insulted them, not even once.

My purpose for writing the second open letter is:

1. To ask you to publish it in your organization’s website.

2. I would like to hear your opinions about the following issues on “Ozodlik” radio station’s broadcast program called “Ozodlik on-line”: transforming the Uzbek opposition into a political power, opposition fund, pre-election platform, and roadmap for future. Also it would good if you answer some of the questions asked by listeners.

I hope that the “Ozodlik” radio station will organize a meeting in the “Ozodlik On-line” with the leaders of the Uzbek opposition as Abdurahim Pulatov, Muhammad Solih and Bahodir Choriev and I want to thank in advance.

In conclusion, I want to say that transforming the Uzbek opposition into a political power is not my personal issue. It is the problem of the people of Uzbekistan, of the Uzbek nation. It is the problem of all the Uzbek labor emigrants, of all the Uzbek prisoners of conscience. It is the problem of all the Uzbek victims of forced labor: pupils, students, teachers, doctors and etc. This is the problem of the whole country.
