I Mustafo Boymat was born in Tashkent on 13th March 1995. I was trying to get the Uzbekistan’s Citizens’s passport since the June of 2011, through Embassy of Uzbekistan in London, but to no avail.
On that June of 2011 I called the Embassy several times, left a voice mail to the phone, emailed and filled an online application form in a text format. Still there was no response.
I called +448714681100 – Consular Section of Embassy:
on 10.07.2012 from 14:52 till 15:35,
on 11.07.2012 from 11:23 till 11:36,
on 18.07.2012 from 10:39 till 11:32,
on 20.07.2012 at 10:15 no one picked the phone from Embassy’s side. I emailed again, left a voice mail to +4420722976791 on 18.07.2012, they didn’t call back.
My calls from 2nd July to 20th July were not answered. In 2.07.2012 me and in 18.07.2012 my mother Salomatoy Boymatova has sent email to these adresses: info@uzbekembassy.org, uzbekistanembassyuk@gmail.com, consul@uzbekembassy.org. No one replied.
We faxed and sent registered post mail asking for application form for Passport on 20.07.2012. Again, no one bothered to reply.
I’m asking to resolve the issue about me getting a biometric passport. Cheers!

My name is Mustafo Boymat. At the moment I live in Dublin, Ireland. I’m already 17. I’ve been unable to contact embassy last year when I was 16.
I tried sending e-mail, I tried to call the embassy but the robot said “inbox is full”, I filled in online form in the website.
So this year I’m trying again. Currently I’ve only birth certificate. What I need is, the guidance how to get it.
Will I get the biometric passport? Where do I get the online application form to fill it in? Those are the questions that I’m wondering.

I need an application form for the first time passport applicants that have reached the age of 16. Also the info about payments processing.
The info on the website of Embassy is dated at 1.07.1995, while there is a newer law went active in 5.01.2011
